Pretty girl! Looks like fun!!
Thank you! It was a lot of fun, I will definitely be hiking their more (I go horseback riding there sometimes and thought it would be a good place to go with the dog(s)) Unfortunately, the newspaper recently said they are going to make the park more handicap accessible by paving 6 miles of the trails. I like walking on the dirt more than pavement. But I still think it will be nice. And I think there is 15 miles of designated hiking trails.

I haven't seen many pictures of your pups. She looks like she's having a blast! Pretty scenery, too : )
Most of my pictures are crappy cell phone pictures (like the ones I posted here, except these had nicer scenery!). So I feel like a lot of people wouldn't really want to see them. My cell phone is basically filled with only pictures of my dogs though lol. She had a blast!

Chloe is a beautiful bearded lady! How did she do on the hike?
Thank you! She was awesome!
She did so much better than I could have expected on our hike. I had her drag a long line the whole time, because I do not trust her of not charging at a dog/horse/etc. She seemed to really like having the freedom, she would occasionally go ahead of me, but would call right back if I called her. I rewarded her anytime she stopped and looked at me.

She was so funny, it was really muddy with some puddles of mud. And she would avoid all of those (yay for me! less post-clean up!) So I really appreciated that. But she also stayed close a lot and was going where I was wanting to step a lot and would sometimes get in my way lol, but no it was really cute and I liked her doing that!

Once she seemed to get more tired, she basically just walked at my side the whole time. I was so happy.

She didn't bark at the golden retriever that we saw, we stood off the trail and I rewarded her as we played the look at that game with the other dog. As soon as the dog was walking by us we started moving in the other direction. She didn't turn around to try and bark at the dog!

I was hoping there would be more people, but overall she did good with the few people that were on the trails.

I was also hoping she would see her first horse, but that didn't happen either.

Here is a video of her being silly on part of the trail. I was trying to take pictures, and was telling her to back up, but apparently telling her to back up when she is in leaves means we are being silly.

Also, please excuse my inability to talk correctly/have good reward timing/etc in this video..

Thank you! I think the look at that game has really helped our picture taking because she looks so intently for what exciting thing I am going to give her treats for instead of barking at.. Lol. As we usually play this game for things she likes to bark at and alert me to like people or dogs and such.

I can't wait until there is green grass and leaves. Right now it's a lot of brown.

Today we went to Lebanon hills again and she didn't bark once! And there was more people and dogs this time. So proud of her and our training is really starting to pay off.

She is a cutie. Dogs on hikes must always be posed on logs and rocks. ;)
Of course! Still can't believe how much improvement Chloe has made since I have had her for a little over a year now! She would have never even gone close to these rocks/logs because obviously they are trying to eat her.

Now she can sit near objects without looking super distressed fearing for her life, and even be on said objects comfortably! So happy with her progress, all thanks to BAT, LAT and trick training.

Looks like somebody had fun! :D
She did! She really enjoys our hikes together and really anything I do with her. =)
