Rams are the home team... nuff said, although THEY BEAT THE SEAHAWKS! Hahahahaha! Evidently did the best fake out punt return in NFL history - Trayvon Austin is usually the return man and he was off to the side, waving his arms around like he was waving people off. 'hawks fell for it while Stedman Bailey on the opposite side of the field actually caught the ball and scampered for a touchdown.

Have always liked Payton Manning and it was great to see him beat Brett Favre's record of touchdown throws last night. It was even funnier to watch his receivers play 'keep away' with the ball afterwards. :)

The Bears are who we thought they were, or something :) I think they made a big mistake signing Cutler. he has a strong arm and a bad mind for the game. Too many lapses and does not have the greatness to make up for it.

With those receivers and TE and Forte that offense should score 30+ a game. But turnovers and bad decisions and they don't help out their defense very much. Losing Tillman didn't help either. That guy was one of the best in terms of talent, leadership and just a human being of the highest quality. I would have taken him on my team any day.

But it does bring me great joy to see Bears fans suffering so much :D I'm kidding, kind of.

Green Bay is my team and they're doing about what I expected. They always start slow on offense, though I am still disappointed in their Oline. Very inconsistent and struggle with speed rushers. When they are ok, the offense is unstoppable, when they are bad, well it's makes everyone else's job more difficult. I don't think there is a better QB playing right now than Rodgers. Give him 3 seconds before having to run for his life and he'll score a TD almost every possession. When he's running before he can even get to his drop point because of pressure, it make sit more difficult.

The defense is starting to come around, which I figured would take a bit of time. New players again and a slight change in philosophy, so guys were learning, plus we had some injuries to start the year and now the new guys have some experience and are playing better.

I'm excited for the rest of the year, but the season isn't even half over yet and it's a long season. A lot can happen, but our arrow is pointing up, so that's good heading into late October and November.

Eagles fan here. It's tough for me because I can see that they are winning, but I'm also not fooled. They are 5-1 right now but could just as easily be 1-5. Big test coming next week against the Cardinals.

Lots of injuries all over the NFL, affecting a lot of teams. I'm a Bears fan and a Cowboys fan and I have several other teams I like to see do well (Colts, Broncos, then a hierarchy from there of teams I prefer over other teams) and so far it's almost like I can't predict how anything is going to go for anybody, except, well, Peyton Manning. If you had asked me before the season started if I figured the Bears at 3-4 and Cowboys 6-1... NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE. Any given Sunday and all that.

Football is my favorite sport and usually if football is on I'm watching it, but oddly enough, with the start of the NHL season, I've... pretty much moved on to hockey at this point. If the Blackhawks are playing and football is also on, I've been picking the Blackhawks.

I am so disappointed in our 100 million dollar man and his cohorts.

Saints fan here  and we are about done for the season.
9 times out of 10, Drew doesn't throw that pass. Learned his lesson probably but that's a painful way to learn it.

I agree , he should have just accepted the sack and maybe we could have hung on. In his after game interview , he said he felt responsible , so maybe just maybe next week will be better , We are at home but the Packers scare me.

Rightly so :p Packers are awesome.

I'm not big into football, but I love my Packers. My dad's team is the Vikings and yeah. Pretty happy with my team beating them!!

Yup, been a Packers fan since the Lombardi days. Would it be too geeky to confess I have Jerry Kramer's Instant Replay and Farewell to Football? Or Ray Nitschke's Mean on Sunday?
