Ok, ok. Haha. Twist my arm, people! I don't want to jinx it!!!!

I was all set and focused on a herder and then randomly came across a Rat Terrier breeder that I reeeeally like, love all of her dogs and finally after many emails, talked with her on the phone and everything she said was spot on. Perfect size, look, temperament, AKC registerability---and DH is super excited & willing.

I'm trying to not get too excited because the waiting list is full of people wanting male dogs -which is what I'd prefer. So we will see. And we're still 6+ months away.
OMFG, IT AND SIRI NEED TO BE BEST FRIENDS!!!

Eeeeeee!!

I like you. But I don't like you THAT much. I don't like ANYONE that much. I am still deciding who gets to raise my next puppy into teenager phase. :p Puppies are evil. Other people's puppies are awesome.

And you, where are the pictures and updates on Paris?!?
Crazy girl is eleven weeks old now! I've been slacking on the updates because it's basically the last week of my undergrad and I'm in the midst of exams and papers. Just need to power through another few days.

Channeling her inner Flavor Flav with the massive Fetching Tag that she has yet to grow into. And ya, I'm setting her ears.

I'm SO in love with Paris, she's the best puppy ever. :D She picks things up super quickly and everyone who meets her wants to steal her. My only complaint is that she's growing up way too fast! I didn't think I'd notice the subtle changes but every single day I swear her legs grow and inch and her face gets more mature. :p

^ I had to do a double-take to figure out why the inside of her ears looked so soft and fuzzy and teddy bear like lol. Love her tag too btw!

We are visiting puppies this weekend, which is super YAY but super sad because we still don't know if we're even getting one!

So exciting, I love rat terriers!!

Also, Journey puppies in a little over a week :) I suppose I should start a separate thread at some point.

I have been really bad about taking pictures lately, but Lodin is growing like a weed. Vet trip today so I'll get an official weight and he'll get his last D-P shot. Yay!

He decided this week that he needs second-suppers and has started bringing me his metal food bowl in the evening and sitting there looking at me hopefully. It's so darn cute.

Are you getting one from this litter if one fits?!
Yes ma'am! :D I've basically decided that timing will never be perfect and I'm probably better off getting a puppy now than if I were to wait until I graduate.

So, if one out of this litter has the right drive, conformation, and herding instinct she shall be mine.:banana:
