I used quart freezer ziplocks and everything is in meal portions (both girls' meals in the same baggie so I'm only thawing one) and I always reuse baggies until they spring a leak or I've use them for green tripe. I actually can reuse a really long time before leaks start showing up.

I can fit a ton of stuff in the freezer above my fridge in my apt. Like a whole 45lb case of tripe plus a couple weeks of other stuff. Eh worthless skill of mine I guess? :rofl1:

Incidentally they eat a lot of elk. :p

In the fridge, I have a large tupperware container that takes up the entire lowest shelf of the fridge. It fits 30lbs of meat, which lasts about a week.

Liver: I puree this, and store it in 1lb deli containers.
Chicken Necks: Ziploc bags, 24 necks per bag
Chicken Backs: Ziploc bags, 8 backs per bag

My ground chicken is prepackaged in 1.75lb tubes.... very convenient!
I do this. The chicken feet I thaw (they come in 10 - 25 lb frozen lumps) and separate into bags of 20-24. The 30 lb slab is perfect for us, we got through that much in about 6 days.

Thanks again for the responses everyone!!

It looks like I'm going to be buying mucho sammich bags in the nearish future then. If I used gallon bags I'm pretty sure most of the meat would go bad before fed considering Frodo only eat 4.5-6 ounces every day, and I can't imagine Siri is going to be eating all that much!
