New non-pet-related art stuff

I've been puttering away on a bunch of stuff lately that isn't pet-related, so I'm putting it here. Some of you who hang out in chat have seen these as I finish them, otherwise most of you haven't seen it!

A commission for a friend of his WoW character. WoW characters are fun to draw, I've been playing with the idea of accepting commissions for character drawings.


I didn't draw this one, I just coloured it. The lines are drawn by Chris Sanders, the creator of Lilo and Stitch, concept artist for Lion King, Mulan, etc. He threw up this linework on his DA site and asked his fellow artists do throw colour onto it, so I did. It was a lot of fun.


A friend of mine was designing a cat dragon hing, so I doodled one.


I made an asian dragon based on Finnegan. This one took me forever, so no, I won't draw your dog like one.


A couple of concept pieces for a comic my boy and I have been working on for... 8 years? Yeah... it's a long time coming, but it should be starting soon.

That cat thing in the very first drawing looks very similar to a drawing that is in the siggie of a person who posts on a certain doberman forum I belong to....

Similar, as in, it may be the same drawing? I get my work stolen a lot.

No, it isn't the same drawing. Its the same color and some similar features, although in that drawing the creature has a black mane and some armor I think. They just look very similar.

Not my art being stolen, crisis averted.

Also, somewhat shameless bump, since a lot of folks were asking me to show more non-dog art.
