Narnia is about 1 yrs old, 20lbs. she is underweight and if she would gain 3 more lbs she would be perfect! She is house broken, spayed, UTD on shots, and is really sweet.
BUT she is a resource guarder around other dogs.

Narnia is my foster dog. With the help of chazzers I decided not to foster, but to sponser. The animal shelter was in dire need of foster homes and I was told that if it didnt work out for what ever reason just bring her back. So i figured what harm could it do!?
if it isnt working out for her or my dogs I will just take her back.

So far so good! :)
Narnia should only be with me for about a week. She will be going to a sheltie rescue then.

any ideas what she is mixed with?
does anyone else see possible JRT?

I am uploading a video now so you can get a better look :)
she was NOT photogenic at all, but made cute videos.

is is really growly when she plays too. not aggressive or anything, she is just a grunty sort of dog. very cute indeed.

mabe a pom is not a shiba, they have that similar foxy face, both are small spitz breeds.

there was just something about her that made me think shiba, the ears mabe?

as a side not, shibas are adorable!

I was thinking spitz, too. She really looks fox like in the first pic you posted. I see Corgi in this pic. Which got me thinking maybe she's some kind of Spitz/Corgi mix. Except for her long coat, I really don't see Sheltie in her. She's absolutely adorable!

it is so heart warming to see

"adoption pending" next to her name on her petfinder page.

I cannot wait for my next foster! I pray it is as easy as Narnia was!

For some reason the lady let me pick the dog i want to foster rather than pick it for me. she gave me a choice of about 6 dogs she thought would be a good match.

There was a English setter there that matched us. if he is still there he might come home with us
