another update

well he is now safe and sound as of Saturday at 12:01 pm, he went with me to a safe area, where is being treated for his skin condition, and icky ears. We may have a potential home lined up for him, let's keep our fingers crossed. But, in due time, he needs to heal up, get some weight on, and get sniped, and chipped, . He is a good guy, who just needs some guidance, and love. That's all.

That is marvelous. No dog should live like that, and a dog of his type - whether he's pure or mixed - in that kind of life is just a tragic situation waiting to happen . . . and an excuse for more sensationalized stories in the news.
