First you have to have pictures saved on your computer.
Then you have to get a photo hosting place on the web to store them.
Most people here use photobucket.com . It is free.
After you join at photobucket, upload them to their site.
Copy the third link under your pictures and paste it into your message.
Wah Laaaa, it should be there. You can also resize them there if they are too big.
