Come on, Give me the treat mom! Very cute face but what is that box hanging from his neck? I hope not one of those shocker things! If so, let the boy be a dog and bark!

It is a shock collar, but its to keep him in the yard and keep him safe. Its not for barking. He's been trained well and respects the boundaries of the electric fence.
