My kitten Hazel does it all the time but she meows and thinks that no one can see her and then she gets quiet when she hears you calling her. They are so cute......Love your pet!

As a litte girl I had a cat "Timothy" and he would do that and think we couldn't see him see he couldn't see us. Pretty cute.
