From repelling termites, fleas, ticks and resisting warping, rot and decay, this house is sure to last a lifetime and more. The dual compartments that house 2 dogs are both insulated so the cold winter months will not be a problem. What about summer you ask? The red cedar roof breathes when it expands in the summer allowing the hot air inside the hot air inside to be released unlike other shingled dog houses. The off-center entryway allows for greater room inside. The dog house includes a vinyl door flap that can be removed in the summer time to allow cool breezes in. For those dog owners that live in more extreme climates such as the far north or the rainy areas of the world, you can opt for the High Impact dog door that automatically shuts behind your pet and keeps the harshest weather out.

RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Oversized Furniture and Dog Houses: Under freight company policy, the driver is only authorized to transport merchandise to curbside of residence. Please be prepared to assist with the acceptance and placement of your delivery.

NOTE: Customer has the right to inspect shipment contents when accepting delivery of their oversized furniture or oversized dog house(s) order from the commercial transport company. If your order has sustained damage, you "must" note it when signing and accepting delivery for insurance compensation. Please do not refuse commercial motor freight shipments as it will be considered a cancellation of order and customer will still be responsible for round-trip freight and restocking charges. Please sign delivery receipt noting damage and inform ADAMS immediately for restitution and/or prompt replacements.

DOG HOUSES: The seven fully assembled dog house panels will arrive strapped flatly to a palette on the back of the truck. Each panel section will be handed down to the recipient. Each individual panel weighs less than 40-lbs. Optional Lift Gate Service (which simply lowers the full palette to the ground) from the freight company is available by request for an additional charge to the customer of $69. if requested at time of ordering, $80. if requested after shipping for a corrected "Bill of Lading", $90. if requested after delivery attempt. NOTE: Lift Gate Service is rarely necessary under normal circumstances but occasionally requested by seniors, disabled or handicapped customers.
