The shoulder strap is constructed of reinforced nylon and is wide so that weight is distributed across your shoulder giving you ample support so shoulder pains are a thing of the past. This bag is also approved for most airlines so that carrying your dog with you on the plane can be safer and easier than putting him in the cargo hold! The bag is also machine washable for when things get very messy. Please note that though it is machine washable, for general washing we still recommend hand washing for those smaller messes.

Please note: for airline travel, bag must be able to fit under seat. Your pet must be able to stand up and turn around within the pet carriers. We recommend that you choose your carrier based on dimensions and not weight capacity. For cleaning this carrier it is safe to machine wash on warm/delicate occasionally*. The materials are resilient and it is always better to soak carrier and hand wash.
