Any suggestions on how to get a dog to stop jumping up (paws only) to the table/counter? She will get down after we tell her to or we use the squirt bottle, but I would prefer she didn't do this behavior to begin with.

A lot of people complain about their dog whining while they are in their crate or at night, but my dog is perfect in her crate. However, she whines during the day while we are there with her. Even when we are playing with her (which is about 100% of the time and exhausting) she still whines...
