Legally I think it's a great thing. Each state gets to try out different laws and that way as a country we can see what works and what doesn't. I definitely would want to keep it this way.

I wish instead of the breed, they would hold owners more accountable. I bet for every aggressive dog an expert could point out 10 things the owner did, knowingly or not, to make them aggressive. All dogs want to be nice, they have to be made aggressive. Aggressive dog stories always make me so...
