*EDIT* ahhh ive just read all the posts and i really dont know what to think.

I've always had male & female...mainly through my mums decision though. When both fixed they have always got on fine. With 2 males still fixed they are usually fine its the females that ive seen problems with but with good training like most have said, all should be okay.

Also wondering what kind of competitions do you go in for? Sorry if im abit slow..i dont know much about the breed.

PetSmart is amazing for how social it is...ours has just opened a vet sugery and its one of the best i've ever been too! If you take your animal in for a checkup they give you about 5 pages on EXACTLY how your dog is doing literally head to toe lol they seem to really care about the animals...

I personally think my Rotti X Alsation was docked too short... and i think a Rotti looks amazing with a natural tail...unfortunatly my dogs breeder got to her tail before we did :(

The jack russell loves to have the odd lick..shady loves to lick and the puppy right now just loves to bite everyone on the nose and feet :D

Thats really sad for the cat owners...and for the dogs really if their owners hadn't of been so stupid to let them run loose like that their futures wouldnt be uncertain now. I own a jack russell and he is the most friendly one i've ever come across however if he saw a rat/cat he would go after...

I've been doing basic training with dogs since i was 7..never messed around/shouted at a dog or done anything so i guess i wasnt any bother now i just turned 15 im going more into the agility side of things..youngest in my group..but aslong as kids dont shout or anything i think they should be...
