That's great! they do a similar system over here in the UK but im pretty sure some parts are different depend on where you live. My parents pay a contribution too my tution fees and the government pays the rest on the agreement of my attendance and marks or something like that lol It's a good...

Someone told me that these dogs aren't that big, just slightly larger than a golden retriever but not as big as a St. Bernard, although i like them too :D
