I can't believe she had a harness but no phone number tags. I found a dog once after a storm that was so loving, but very confused. He was waiting right by my door when me and my dog came back from a walk. Luckily he had tags, so I was able to return him.

That's hilarious. I love how your dog is offering up good behaviors left and right and the guy just doesn't get it. But the dog is still having a great time.

Legally I think it's a great thing. Each state gets to try out different laws and that way as a country we can see what works and what doesn't. I definitely would want to keep it this way.
