    you could can tell the drs office that you have medicaid pending. Since I know some dr's office can retroact (not sure using right lingo) but they can have the medicaid pay for the previous visits once it kicks in.

    Well that would work if you could also check on the living conditions of where the returned pup was going to. I do agree with educating the public on pets are not a temporary item.

    My only thought is if you send the pup back to the byb or puppy mill breeder they might or will us the dog in their breeding program producing more puppies and a bigger problem.
