Yeah, the first dog is little Bernard. He looks all grown up now. *sniff* It was like all of a sudden he wasn't a puppy anymore.

ROFLMAO... I never realized quite how big chinchillas were before. Or how small 'nard really is. Or both.
Oh my God I can't stop laughing.

Well, to be fair to Nard, she's a BIG chinchilla. But.... Nard's still a puny little guy. :p

I still can't quite wrap my head around a dog not trying to eat a chinchilla that close to them....that's nifty though!

Scout looks SOOO soft!

MY son had a chinchilla. I have had rats and hamsters, guina pigs and worked with ferrets. None of them had the intelligence and gentle nature that his chinchilla had. I don't know if they are all like that, but i was head over heels in love with this creature. Yours is just as pretty as can be. IF i could i wish i could have one more. OUrs followed me around the house when i cleaned, helped me make the beds and sat on top of my feet while i did the dishes.

YOur pair together make it all the more special! That just made my day.

They are very neat little animals. We've had other rodents before and chinnies really are special. Our other chin was a very wild guy, but Scout is so tame and gentle. She's never bitten anyone (unlike the other rodents). She is the star at the vet's office too. the techs love her and say she's their favorite to have board there. She gets a lot of attention especially because of her color being different. I love her. She's about 6 years old. :)

How cute! Scout used to be a runt then she got massive. She's well over a pound nowadays.

Just curious but you didn't name Yuffie after FF7, did you?

Yep! She doesn't get many pictures, poor girl. She's actually mine mine too, not the family pet. She's mine and Summer's mine. It's a shame they don't get along, lol! She's actually older than all the papillons. We've had her a long time. :)
