Hi I posted a thread a few months back asking what breed this dog is... I now have new pictures of him fuller and healthier it might help you guys help me figure out what breed he might be.

Looking at his jaw, specifically his bite, looks like boxer. I see a little lab as well. Or boxer pit mix.

He could be anything. When I am asked about Lilly I just say she is 100% dawg.

The first pic had me thinking Bullmastiff/Lab mix. But looking at the pics of him with the kids, I'm leaning towards Boxer/Lab because of his size. He's a gorgeous dog whatever he is!

He could be a full bullmastiff, or possible bullmastiff X boxer.

One thing's for sure, he's really handsome!

Could be all sorts.... I'd lean mastiff/boxer, but Bodhi is 5 breeds and you'd never know what unless you knew!

due to the obvious mild undershot i'd say both parent breeds carried the trait so not likely a labXboxer F1 (very popular pig dog in NZ and almost none i've seen pics of had any degree of undershot). the drop in the jaw is also a featur primarily of the boxer but does show up somewhat in other excessively undershot breeds like bullmastiff and johnson & alapaha bulldogs. my best guess would be a tall skinny narrow chested boxer X bullmastiff or a very lean athletic looking pure bullmastiff.

He has quite a thick neck and front but is slimish at the back, but I think that is due to his lack of muscle tone in his legs as he has had a broken leg in the past and is still not putting full pressure on it.

do Boerboels have an under-bite? he looks a bit like some of them when I google the breed, but they look too drooly looking for what he is. and they seem to have a fuller face, he has a large head but his jaw is quite slim.
