| The non member are getting in because it is a public group, which means any member of flickr can join, I just look at the pictures posted and if I recognize the dog/cat/pet then I leave it, if I don't recognize it then I send a message to the poster of the pics, if I don't hear anything back within a week, that person has their pics removed from the group and is removed from the group. Now that I have added the rules to the group, there are way less people that have joined without being a member of the forum. I am probably just going to let the group go, it will still be there but who ever joins, joins. Only a couple member added photos and that was it, if someone else started the group, I'm sure it would be doing alot better. also, I think instead of having this thread stickied, it would make more sense to have the original one stickied.

| Posting an update, Did a bit of fiddling around and changed the group pool so when you add a photo to the pool, it will show up right away, no need from them to be approved. How ever I changed the group from a public group to an Invite only group. Which means in order to join the group you need to be invited. To get an invite for the group you need to send me a message on Flickr with your Chazhound username and just say that you want to join the group. Once I get the message you will get an invite. Edit- you also need to add me as a contact on Flickr, it's the only way Flickr will let me send out an invite. My username on Flickr is scob89 to. lol I'm trying to make this as easy as possible, but Flickr is proving to be a bit of a pain.

| Just wanted to add that, instead of doing all the above, apparently all you need to do is go to the group and request to join it. I just figured that out, as long as in the comment area of the request you tell me your Chaz username, you will be approved.
