What are we going to do with abbreviations that mean more then one thing? Like BC. Border collie and British Columbia.

Probably not the right thread, but where can we disable this feature? I find it incredibly annoying.

I'd say, since it's a dog forum, we go with the dog. Anyone who can't figure out that it's British Columbia by context, well . . . . .

but what if the same abbreviatiion can be used for multible breeds?

BT for example can me Bull Terrier, Bedlington terrier, Border Terrier
