| Thats blake back from the vets and he has been neutered. He's 8months old Im hoping that wasnt to early? Im guessing my vet would have said if it was. He seems to be crying a bit and just lying next to me and sleeping, he had a wee chew at his calcium bone and then fell asleep again. We have all his anitbiotics and something else to pop into his mouth over the next few days. He seemed fine in the vets, wandering around with the dog that comes in with the vet, but you can tell he's in pain and its breaking my heart to be honest. We have to go back in on Monday to make sure everything alright and he is healing up fine, so Im looking forward to getting the all clear for him. In the back of my mind though I do still feel really really bad for doing it as he is clearly very upset looking but I know its for the best. What I am worried about is him being in his cage at night and while we are at work with his cone on, it looks so uncomfortable for him I hope he doesnt attack the cone and take it off then get to the stitches. Im rambling I know but I just feel so bad for him right now. Anything I can do to help him? |

| You can put a nice cozy blanket in his cage for him while you are at work. I know it’s hard right now but your right, it is for the best. My dog had her eye removed and I was so stressed out I was throwing up. She was fine I was not, haha. But just give him lots of snuggles and he will get better soon. I know how you feel and it’s a horrible feeling. Good luck to you.

| Jake got done this past week. He was more quiet than normal but was supposed to be quiet, no running etc till the weekend. He didn't seem to be bothered by it and didn't lick his incison so he didn't have to wear a collar. He is fine now and back to his normal energy level. Goes back to the vet for a recheck in a couple of days. |
