Default Morgan Collars!

I'm happy to announce the Grand Opening of Morgan Collars!

I am currently not actually selling products through my site. If you go to the store page it will link you to my friend's site (Doggie Delights) where my collars are being hosted. As for the rest of the website, it's still a bit bare-bones, but I'll be adding updates and new products often over the next couple of weeks.

There are not a whole lot of prints available on the site yet. However, as a special Chaz offer, here is a link to my photobucket account with all of the available patterns that I currently have.

If there is one that you really like, send me a PM or email (cynthia@morgancollars.com) me, and I'll see that the fabric moves to the top of the list for adding to the site.

Also, did I mention FREE SHIPPING on your first order from Doggie Delights/Morgan Collars??? Just type in the coupon code "grandopening" at checkout to receive FREE SHIPPING!

Of course, you can also leave comments in this thread with questions and comments. The more feedback I get now, the faster Morgan Collars can improve!

Thank you!

I'm very excited for you! And free shipping!?! You tease!
This is an evil trick for everyone who has a collar addiction on this site.

I really like the dragonfly collar I have been looking for a strawberry collar, though - I found one once at the locally owned pet store around here, but it was strawberries with a pink background, and I wasn't too crazy about it. Looked too 'strawberry shortcake' to me, lol, and I wanted something more mature. Should I order or should I wait? ugh my poor bank accounts... haha!

Those tags are so cute, too!!

Thank you both for your interest!

Brattina88,
If you'd like, I can look around for prints with strawberries. I have to make a trip to the fabric store in a couple days, anyways. I can send you a PM to let you know what I find. How does that sound?

Oh! I love this one:

Think it would look girly enough for Bella?

Do you only have that one collar, or could you make another? If so, how thick are they, and what's the buckle like? Strong enough for a pulling GSD?

AgilityPup,
I think it would be plenty girly for Bella. And of course I can make one for her!

I use heavy-duty nylon webbing underneath the fabric of the collars. I can make 1"- and 3/4"-wide collars right now. The buckles are quick-release style, and I have them in plastic and metal. The 1" metal buckles can hold up to 500lbs, and the 1" nylon has a breaking strength of 3,500lbs. (I might have to double-check that info on the nylon, but I'm pretty sure that's correct.) I use really heavy-duty thread, too, like the kind they use to sew winter coats. In short, I work really hard to make these collars as tough as I can.

Hope that helps! Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions. In the meantime, I will get that collar up in the store as soon as I can. I have had quite a few questions on that particular pattern already.

Thank you for your interest!

How much would it cost me to get one with a metal buckle, just to be on the safe side?

Depends on the size collar you need. I'm guessing Bella would be either a medium (13-20") or large (18-28")... Medium with metal buckle is $17.50. Large is $18.50.

I'll let you know when I get that print uploaded to the store. My plan is to have it be available no later than Friday. (I'll have it up sooner if I don't get eaten alive by Thanksgiving plans!)

I don't buy collars for Pit, but I just thought I'd add that your collars look amazing! I LOVE the logo and that the collars come with little Morgan tags on them. Seriously adorable.
