I thought it is going to be a lot easier than it really is. You become expert in all areas of bussines and you never know enough.

Although I am getting more and more orders every year when order comes in I am still very very happy.

Don´t feel bad this is how we all learned and still learn by working I will not even comment how many sketches I drew in my life.

I am too detail oriented to ever be able to work fast. I don't think i could ever completly support myself with my art alone. WHich blows, but in the midwest, epsecially in missouri even the gallery owners say it is next to impossible. PEople like to LOOk at art but buy it sheeesh. ANd if they do they want it for walmart discount store prices.

I don't do it for a living and I never post on my art on here. Mainly because im protective of it and I don't have a scanner or camera right now lmao. But I paint and sketch on a regular basis and I have done a couple pet paintings that I actually sold. Someday I will post my stuff on here. I just get intimidated with all the other artists on here lmao.

I taught myself and took advanced art classes in high school.

Aww, I used to work for an arts and culture agency before but I had to change career to make a living. lol! Same old reason, but very true for many people involved in arts esp. if you're not rich enough.
