Default need help...quick please

so one of my dogs ate 2 unused tampons. I called the E-Vet and they said to give hydrogen peroxide. I've given the peroxide about 20mins ago but he hasn't vomited. I was told to give more after 20mins, but he still didn't vomit. How long does it take to work?

How much are you giving at a time? How large is your dog?

My roommate's dog had a huge taste for chocolate, so I've done the peroxide thing several times.... We'd have to give him probably 1/2 to 1 cup of peroxide (in 1 or 2 tablespoon incriments), but I think he just had a really strong stomach.

By now they may have absorbed enough to cause blockage up or down . Please watch carefully !!!

I'm guessing that the tampons absorbed the peroxide as he didn't throw up at all last night. Vet said to watch they will probably pass because of his size. Well this morning he vomited both back up, completely intact, so he didn't chew...

He's fine now, thanks to those to helped.

That's good news! It takes some serious hydrogen peroxide to get Auggie to throw up too... usually about the time I'm starting to REALLY freak because he still hasn't thrown up is when he finally harfs. =P I think some dogs are just less susceptible to it than others!
