 My (early) Thanksgiving dinner - success!!! I just need to brag for a second...it turns out I can cook!!!! My dinner was sooooooo gooooood!! Everything turned out AWESOME! The table all set & purdy:  Squash & Carrot curry soup:  Main Course (oops, I forgot to take a pic before we ate!!!) - Herb encrusted turkey breast w/mushroom & leek stuffing - Spinach & portabella mushrooms w/romano cheese - Creamy mashed potatoes - Green bean casserole (i kinda just ended up making up my own recipe - lemme know if you want it...turned out awesome!) - Cornbread  Dessert: pear crisp w/vanilla ice cream (Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...forgot to take a pic though!) Anyways, just figured I'd post in case someone is looking for last minute thanksgiving ideas...everything turned out sooo awesome. I was pretty darn impressed with myself!!

| WOOT! I must say that spinach/mushrooms looks DELICIOUS......I don't even mind that it's been picked over  I wish you had gotten a pic of the pear crisp..........that sounded so wonderful! But I do have her book marked and can go to it when needed  I am glad it all came out without a hitch! Congrats!
