Default One more thing to do with tennis balls

Okay so I put these stairs up next to the window that Mia likes to sit in just for fun so she can get up there easier and watch the birds. It's been a hit but she has discovered something that she thinks is totally awesome to do.

It started with her carrying a tennis ball and placing it on the first step. she rolled it around a bit with her paw and then went to bite it and it rolled off the side of the step. She stood there a moment, hopped off the step and picked it up. Then she carried it back to the step. She set it down then just rolled it right off the step. She then carried it to the second step and it did the same thing! *gasp!* So she bypasses the third step and places it on top of the top step and rolls it all the way down the stairs. When it hit the bottom, her tail just started wagging crazily. She's done it again and again for about 30 minutes now.

Of course now it's not limited to just tennis balls, she's having a blast throwing bully sticks off the stairs too.

Aww, that's so cute!

When Mini was a pup she'd take her tennis balls to the top of the hill, push them down and chase after. It was always the funniest thing.

LOL Smart girl! My parents first JRT used to take her ball to the "uphill" part of the kitchen and let it roll down to the sink (old farm house, crooked floor).

She does this too at the dog park. The area where the small dog pond is is empty a lot nowadays. It's a slope so she takes the ball to the top of the slope and lets it go, then chases it down. Then she repeats it over and over.

Anything a tennis ball can do is cool to her!

Looks like she has quite the tennis ball obsession, oh well, maybe she will move on someday.
