| I have thoracic strain; it's extreme pain in your shoulders, neck, and back because all of your muscles tighten in those regions and refuse to loosen. Is anyone familiar with this, or at least the symptoms? My shoulders are in so much pain, and we can't afford massage or physical thearpy anymore and the insurance won't cover it any longer. My backback is the lightest it can get with my stuff in it. So...any ideas, advice?

| Lots of hot showers, for one thing. Yoga is definitely in order.
