Default ugh I have a horrible headache

I don't know what is causing this headache but it's killing me. it's RIGHT behind my eyes... mostly behind my right eye and in the back of my head. it's actually messing with my vision a little bit. I took some ibuprofen but so far it's not helping.

any ideas on what else I can try to get rid of it?

A cup of strong coffee usually makes my headaches go away. But I don't get many and they're not usually too bad.

I'm so sorry. Those nasty headaches can really ruin your day. I hope it goes away before too long.

First- get off the computer! Then, if the coffee doesn't do the trick, try some moisturizing eye drops, and resting your eyes. If it's more then eye strain, you can try some Dramamine along with the Advil. That's my secret to getting rid of my migraines (I have vision trouble before I get one).

Ok I don't have any instant coffee left... do you think spiced chai tea might have enough caffiene that it might help my headache? I know sometimes coffee helps.

I get this headache every month if you catch my drift. but I can never figure out how to get rid of it. I did lay down for a few minutes with my eyes closed and now the pain behind my eye is less but it's still pounding in the back of my head

Put a heating pad on the back of your head/neck. Then get Puck to massage it for you in a dimly lit room.

What follows should get rid of your headache

see that's where mine are originating from. my neck. I'll have brian rub it a bit when he gets home and it might help. this chai tea (which actually isn't bad) is helping a bit too.

yeah I kept hearing how after pregnancy the monthly symptoms wouldn't be so bad... but for me they are WORSE lol. the headache and backache are the worst symptoms for me.

and I do have a little bit of arthritis in my neck which is bad enough but I just get even worse headaches at that time lol

there will be none of that tonight lol. I'm out of commission for the week

I'll heat up my little rice pad again and when he gets home I will get him to rub my neck a bit. He can usually only do it for a few minutes cause he always say massaging my neck is like massaging a rock lol
