Thank you, colliewog. Yes, it was a steroid injection. Sorry, I meant to say that and I guess I forgot.

He seems to be doing better. No more itching and scratching... just a lot of pouting. I feel so bad for him! I will try the compress this evening. Anything to make my poor boy feel better!
