| I was looking at the website to a local groomer for Nicho and it said "ALL BREED GROOMING" Well, thats good! But it made me think... do some actually not allow breeds? How horrible.

| I don't groom larger breeds, not anything specific, but anything over 50 pounds is a bit to big for me to handle alone. I do groom one standard poodle who's about 75-80 pounds but he's so easy to groom and he jumps on the table for me. lol If I had and electronic lift table then I might groom bigger dogs. But I have heard of some groomers who don't groom specific breeds because of some recurring incidents with certain breeds. I don't groom cats because of it. |

| Not all groomers can groom all breeds... I would rather the groomers be honest and tell me if they cant groom a certain breed.. you have no idea how many groomers the poodles have gone to who have just shaved them down because they had no clue what they were doing...

| When I worked with other groomers I did groom cats, sometimes you need two people for cats. Now if I have a client who wants to have a cat done and is really insistent on it then I will try but I don't guaranty whether I can finish them or not. I've groomed a few in the past few years that were good. Even my own cat, Nemo, is wonderful to groom, better then lots of dogs. It's just some of those cats, the ones with the fight attitude if they feel backed up in the corner that scare me. I've seen too many groomers being bitten by a cat that needed serious antibiotics intravenously to want to risk it. I did other critters too..lol...I used to shave an angora rabbit that came in regularly and also did a ferrets nails on a regular basis. Also trimmed bird flight feathers on an african gray. |

| OH! I didn't even think of that, that does make sense! Yeah, I can understand that. Like, CP said, when I thought it would most likely mean that they wouldn't talk bully breeds
