Why in the world is this newsworthy? lol

So I can cross two random breeds, say it's never been done before and give a lameass reason for it and it's considered news? I mean really the breeds are totally random.

Hmmm... I bet papillon/fila has never been done before.

And if you want to make a Mal less prone to overheating...a HUSKY? Every one I know pretty much doesn't move from May to November, and Vermont isn't known for heat. Plus, the only thing I'd like better than a high-drive dog with the potential for aggression is for it to have the Nordic breeds' ability to totally blow off their handler in the face of distraction....

And mals can do that just fine without any husky...gah...

The only thing I would even consider a mal/husky cross for would be sled racing...I know some people cross husky with greyhound to bring in speed and streamline them.
