Oh. My. God.

Muscle failure almost at the end. I can't do another pull-up my arms shake so much, lol. I did manage 22 military style pushups (and trust me, I had "help" from Scott bitching at me that I wasn't breaking the plane so those 22 are the ones that "counted" according to him)

I hurt now.

I've decided to do this when Scott's not around, he's an ass and made me feel bad saying that this workout was nothing and I was struggling with it...what a douche. ;(

Wow, camp. Sorry that Scott was less than supportive. 22 pushups is pretty impressive, if you ask me. I used to be able to do 80% on the PT, but since I had shoulder issues and then put on a bunch of weight, I hadn't done pushups in over 15 years before I started this.

I guess you're doing "classic" P90X, since you started with chest.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and some knee problems...so I'm a bit slow but I can do them. Just have to wait for the joints to warm up ya know? Lol.

One of my friends is really supportive so it kind of cancels out Scott being a tool about it. Scott's not impressed because he likes heavier girls (he tells me I'm "boney") so I see what he's doing...oh well, I'm not thwarted because of it

I'll be starting it in about 2 weeks, and scared to do so! Lol I'll be one of those brave people to post before, progress and after pictures, though the before will NOT be pretty after an almost 10 lb baby!

Did Core Synergistics tonite. I hate the people in the background. I couldn't do most of the exercises but attempted as much as I could. The whole time I think I did a total of like 4? normal pushups? LOL

All I can say... is buuurrrnnniiiinnnnggg. Though I have like this *refreshed*feeling. Like it felt good even though it hurt? LOL

Just finished my Kenpo X workout. That one is a little bit of a letdown. I get my heart rate up and then bam - we're doing blocks in a horse stance and my heart rate falls to the floor. I end up running in place like a mad man during the break time to bring it back up.

5 more days and we've completed 30 days and will take more pictures.

I did just Ab Ripper X last night. We trialled both days this weekend.. I couldn't motivate myself to do a workout either day.. and we had turkey with fixings 2 nights in a row.

Last item I did it I hurt for 3 days. This time it's the next day and I'm not hurting.. And I'm down to the lowest weight I've been in a year. I hit 154 this morning.

Nice, MP! Congrats on the weight loss.

I weighed myself this morning. Depending on where I put the scale, it's either 246 or 247. Just have to remember the spot on the floor that gave me 246

Hahaha Eddie. What was your starting weight again?

Eating breakfast seems to be a large difference.. as well as a protein shake post workout. I was whining not sure that I wanted to put more calories in my body a day as I want to loose weight.. but they are apparently correct. I was just afraid to try it and find in a week or 2 I was suddenly getting heavier not in a muscly way.

My starting weight in June was 270. My starting weight for when I first picked up the P90X program was 259.
