True, P90X is designed for helping to get you fit and buff. I'm doing the "Lean" version, though, which is less buff, more weight loss. Down to 243.4 this morning. The weight isn't "pouring off", but it's good weight loss that should stay off.

As for your jiggly butt, it will get firmer as you go. I have 6 weeks in the books now and both Lara and I have discovered that our butts are higher and our legs are like steel bars.

Nice. That's encouraging Eddie. I'm doing classic or trying hard to.. I can't do the anythign sit up like in ab ripper.. but I held last nights mason twists including his bonus set of 10 extra. I'm improving somewhere

Tonight was the evil dreaded yoga night. I didn't bring it, but I improved over last week.. I knew what some of the moves were by name and didn't have to watch as much.. Did the first 30 minutes keeping up with them happily.. Got a little sloppy as I got tired.. Did about half of the balance half and then keeled over.

Not the best session.. but considering how little I did last week as I had to watch and watch then do.. I feel I've made a lot of improvement..

I am actually looking a little forward to my kempo sunday though.. that's huge for me.

Core done for the day. I felt like I mailed it in and nothing left, but I was sweating like nobodies business and was wiped out. I'm going on the road tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to keep up in my hotel room for the week.

Did ab ripper x before dinner as it's all I had time for.. Stalling trying to do legs and back. I almost think I like chest and back better even though it's the never ending push up video..

Have a new stupid concern. Need my depo shot monday. I started lifting weights daily around the time of my last shot 3 months ago. Last month started doing every other day or so giving my body a break. I'm not visibly ripped.. But my upper arms on the outside have gotten hard. Have a feeling this shot may hurt more than usual For the first time ever I'm thinking in the butt may be a better option.. sharp pointy object that I can't see coming at me. Eww.

I managed to finally manage my way through legs and back. I didn't bring it tonight.. but considering my unwanting to do any at all getting it finished feels good..

I think I need a heavier band.. I kinda wanna be able to try bands now... I'm on the heaviest in my set.. I've moved back and I can manage 20 reps instead of pull ups every time. By the end I'm not having fun, but it isn't an uber struggle..

I see a little change by it's hit and miss how I feel about it. One day I'll think I'm looking slimmer, next day I feel like a whale. Tonight I put on a tshirt that has always fit, but I don't think it slid over my hips before.. It's not super long so I've always worn it bunched up a little around the waist.. I put it on tonight for bed.. and it 'fell' over my hips by itself.

I decided to start over for the last time. I rearranged my work schedule and will make it work. Plus, I finally got around to getting bands, so it won't feel like I'm just going through the motions anymore.

Today is Day 2.

I did Plyo instead of CardioX and I LOVED it! It was a lot of fun and there were many 30 second intervals I struggled through and barely made it, but like he said "you can do anything for 30 seconds!" My butt and legs are so sore from all of the squats. I feel so good.

Been a really busy week between work and school.. but I'm trying hard to make this work. Had to give up sunday as I was so tired I laid on the couch after I got home from work and got a day behind.. But I've been plugging along ever since.

Yesterday I fit in my workout and shower between school and work. Think it was the best plyo set I've ever done. Felt more energized for the rest of the day.. but it was a super short squeeze to fit it in..

A coworker told me yesterday I look slimer and healthier than ever.. and I work at a ski hill so he's seen me come spring when I'm at my fittest. Made me feel good as it's hit and miss if I think there are results or not.

I should be taking more pics next week. Today is the beginning of Week 8 (a recovery week). So since today is Day 50, 10 more days until we do pics.
