That octopus is kind of scary, huh...lol Uallis is a big chicken so maybe that is what's holding him back...lol

Thanks! I watch what he eats and make sure he gets enough exercise but doesn't over do it at the same time. Really easy preventive care for so many issues that costs nothing to do...lol

That is next on the agenda to do...the next really warm day, I'll be in it...hopefully that will be enough to lure them in.

We ended up getting him a bigger pool last summer so he could lay in it without touching the sides (pluss there's room for our grand daughter and him). BTW- your dogs are gorgeous!
Thanks!

Haha, I've never tried out a kiddie pool with dogs before but I'd imagine I'd probably get the same results you did lol. I might have to bust one out this summer... luckily my mom runs a daycare so we already have one on hand!
Cute pics!

Chuck a load of toys in there - floating ones and sinking ones

Well...its still a no-go. I threw toys in it, food in it and I got in it...nothing. Uallis doesn't even pay attention and Eddie just circles the pool, wanting what is in it but won't get in it.

However, he DID fall in it when he was stretching as far as he could to reach a toy...he stretched a little too far and...SPLASH!!! lol It was funny.

We are going to try getting them in it a few more times and if it still doesn't work the boys will have a sandbox instead.

Both of your babies are very handsome.
How about, you get in it, and then maybe they're realize what they're supposed to do with it.

Sometimes dogs are so darn clueless...

Ohhh man, I remember the first time we bought a kiddie pool for the little kids, Molly and Elly hopped right in and squatted, and pissed in it, right after we had filled it up.
