thank you everyone--I treated myself to a day off from work, for some much needed alone time! (that makes me sound anti-social--but really it just means I wanted to NOT deal with stuff at work!)
Baxter reaped the benefit of a ride and trip to the park. Had a nice dinner with my husband...will do the cake thing later in the week when my son can be here.
