Do you keep the boxes your camera came in?

I've already (back when I got it) sent in all the rebates and such. Is there a reason I should keep the boxes??

I keep all the boxes my ipods, cameras, anything basically comes in.

But I really only do it for resale value... when I want a newer one... it is easier to sell the old one if I have the box and all the books and everything that came with it.

I dont think there is a reason beyond that.

Thats why I do it as well, If I want to sell the older one when I am ready for a new one, buyers like the boxes. I also think some stores want to boxes if it needs to go back for warranty or return if something goes wrong.
