Exclamation Ugh! Chat Problem!

So we have two seperate chats now... float and non-float. Well, several people, including me, cannot get into the non-floating chat room. Only floating. Why is this, and will it be fixed soon?

I just want to throw something out there... I personally don't know why both don't work, in the past I've always been able to pick and choose, but for now I suggest you all pick the one type that can be accessed and stick with it until it can be worked on. If you can get into chat, whether it be floating or not, I'd be thankful for that alone. Also, has this been brought to MT's attention prior to this thread? If not, I'd be a bit more courteous in requests and give him time to check things out. Hope it gets worked out soon!

How was I not being courteous?

And there are two *different* chats now. Floating chat brings to you a whole different chat than non-floating. So the group that usually chats together, ends up spread out across the two different chats, and then half of us can't get into one of them.

And again... how was I not being courteous again? I simply asked why one didn't worked, and if it would be fixed soon.

And yes, it was brought to MT's attention prior to this thread.

I'm sorry it's broken and I hope it gets fixed soon. I know awhile back we used msn in case chat didn't work, if you all have access to that, it might be beneficial to everyone.

I thought this was pretty demanding-sounding: "Why is this, and will it be fixed soon?" especially when this might be the first that MT hears of it. Just irked me. You don't have to agree or disagree, it's just the way it came across.

Well, I apologize for it coming across that way. I meant it only as I wrote it: why was it happening, and would it be fixed soon. Simple question, I wasn't trying to be demanding. Then again, it's hard to set a tone in a post.
