Hes still small enough to pick up and run away with! lol the ASPCA is so slow, i called them weeks ago to report the abuse

And they haven't come to investigate me yet?? Good grief, you'd think they'd be more quick with an animal neglect/abuse case!

Maybe try phoning them again, maybe that'll speed things up!
