Arrow Pit Bull Needs A Home! Anyone?

This is a dog that lives in a kennel at my work. She's a pittie/pit mix and around 4-5 years old judging from her teeth. They said a customer dropped her off there a year ago, pregnant, and never came back. The woman called a couple months later and went, "oh by the way, you can have her" and was never heard from again.

She is super sweet, and a bundle of energy, but they really want her gone and into a home. She lives in a kennel there 24/7.

They said she is a food guarder around her food. She's crate trained (obviously), and she's never been tried around kitties. She's been walked around dogs, and never seemed to have a problem with them.

They said someone there took her home awhile back for the day, and that she escaped from their 4 foot wire fence when she was left alone. Which, for a pittie, isn't a big task.

I took a couple pics of her today with my cell phone. Quality is bad, but you get the idea. She's around 40-45 pounds, not too big. And just a gigantic love bug.

If anybody here wants to give her a home, and quick (because I don't plan on being with this job very much longer... ) let me know. They said otherwise, she's destined to live out her days in that kennel in the back room because all the rescues turned them down (which I figured, as most here do not want a pittie).

She is Renee, she is a *sweetheart*. Full of energy and tons of kisses! She'd seriously make someone an amazing companion.

Cute!

She doesn't look like a pit bull mix to me. She looks like BostonBanker's dog, Meg; a moutain cur!

She is sweet looking.

If transport comes through the VA area by any chance we could probably do a leg.

The pic doesn't show her that well. From a full body view in person, you can tell she's most likely mixed with pit. She's got the chest, stance, and body build of a pittie. It's just her face that's a little off. I'll take my camera to work tomorrow and get some really good pics.

Her light brindling is almost a tiger stripe! I've never seen anything quite like it.

The striping is almost identical to my old Pit mix Gus's undercoat. You could only see it when you clipped him, the top coat was Golden Reteiver colored with white feet, chest and nose.
