Looks like a standard poodle to me. Hard to tell without seeing the dog's face or a full body shot, but that fur looks poodly to me.

could be a standard poodle, or a portugese water dog or an irish water spaniel (though i think they have naturally clean faces)
poodles are difficult because they can look so different depending on how they are groomed.

Could be a Portuguese Water Dog, could be a standard poodle but it's probably a Lab/Poodle mix.
