Can you help this boy? He has until 3/05/09. He was once loved.

It***39;s Raining Cats & Dogs In West Virginia: February 27 , 2009 Will is an owner surrender. He is GOOD DOG. Please SAVE WILL. Owners Took Him To Groomer Before Dumping HIM.Georgia

I am sooooo glad he was rescued!!
I thought about that poor boy so much this week- Thanks for letting us know, wish I could help them all, but am relieved he got saved
