I contacted PCA and the Texas SPCA. The papillon list I'm on is already on it. I hope they first of all get custody of the dogs and can get them to good homes. I really think PCA breed rescue could help.

I just keep looking at them all. They're so sweet. One looks a lot like Summer and I think that's particularly pulling on my heart.

I will admit I thought about that too... PCA emailed me back saying they heard about it a little bit ago. They also let me know they need foster homes. We'll see. I'm just happy someone is working on the case for those poor dogs.

This breaks my heart. I feel for the woman. She lost her home and now she is losing all of her dogs. She has to be going through an emotional hell. I wish she could keep 1-2 of them so she isn't left completely alone.
