I'm going to assume it doesn't. Simply because her feet are so close to the ground, she can put them down and stop the cart herself with her feet (think Flintstones style).

xpaenx, you better have good control. I could most likely stop her with the Halti, but she and both boyz have been well schooled on what acceptable reactions to strong distraction are. They will look, but are not allowed to lunge, bark, or give a tight lead.

She also knows WHOA means STOP. So I rely on desensitization, good training, and good equipment.

Red, that is the most awesome thing ever, and such a great way to promote the varying abilities of rotties! She looks like she really enjoys the cart!
