My mom has 5 outside cats that she wants to keep to serve as mousers. That's fine, I don't have a huge problem with outside cats. I have the problem when she leaves them unspayed/neutered. She has 3 females and 2 males, none of them altered. Guess what? ALL THREE females are now pregnant. What is she going to do with the 12 or so coming kittens? She didn't even bother to try to find a home for the last litter [the two boys]. So is it going to be up to me to home 12 kittens or is she going to simply take them to a shelter to be killed? I just don't know any more! Not to mention the fact that Cindy might be pregnant because my mother DELIBERATELY tried to breed her to Shaggy. What is wrong with this woman?! I love her, I love her a lot, but the way she is with the animals... She was GOING to let Padfoot and Baby be housedogs but NOW her boyfriend is moving in with Shaggy and my dogs, which were here FIRST, have to be left outside, as well as Twist, who was supposed to become a housecat.

Soon your 5 outside cats are going to become 30 outside cats. Then those will become 50 outside cats.
I suggest you find some way to take those cats to the shelter or do an emergency spay on the females/neuter on the males, or you will be swarming with cats.

I forgot how old you are, are you able to drive? If not can you find someone to drive you to get the animals fixed? If you can I'll try and find a place that has low cost spay/neuter.

Get them to a shelter if you or your mom can't do the low cost spay/neuter. It's probably callously cruel of me, but I think euthanasia of five cats is a better fate than euthanasia or nasty deaths for 30-100 cats.

Please try and get them to a low cost clinic.
My friend started with one lone unspayed female. She now has roughly 60 cats, all descendants of that one. Fortunately, she had the money to get them all fixed, so we rounded them all up one day and did just that, thought it would had been so much easier to fix the original cat than spend a fortune on that many.

I've been pressing for my mom to get the females spayed and she apparently doesn't have the money. I don't doubt that, but I could at least get our original female spayed as I have at least 40 bucks in my money jar right now. I also can't drive, and don't know anyone who can so... I'm screwed, I guess. I'm 15 by the way.

id persoanlly give the males to a shelter, (if you have no kill in your area) they will at least be neutered before being rehomed.
then let the females have their kittens ask a small adoption fee for the kittens and use that money to get all 3 females spayed through a low cost program. good luck its tough when your too young to realy take things into your own hands.

Well I'd rather rehome the females [except Twist] and get Twist spayed, as the males are my big babies, heh.

Charge (or rehoming fee) enough for the kittens to get the mom's fixed.
