Photo's Of Mattie The Dachshund

This is Mattie, my 12 year old rescue dachshund. He's completely blind and mostly deaf, due to being a "lethal" double merle. He was used as a breeder for 12 years (!!!) at a puppymill before being discarded to another BYB breeder that couldn't stand the sight of him. He was on his way to the pound with Mattie to have him put down, but gave him to me instead when I offered to take him. He's such a sweetie, look at that face! I've had him a few months now.
