She is about 5 months and her stomach doesnt slant from the chest. It just stays the same. Is this normal for a rottweiler/ blue heeler at 5 months or should i reduce her food intake.

The place to look is over her ribs. At this stage in her development, she needs some baby fat, so her ribs shouldn't show and when you stroke her lightly over the ribs you should be able to just barely feel them.
If you're feeding a good, nutritious puppy food and she's getting plenty of exercise, you really shouldn't have to worry too much about her weight. |

As long as she is getting excersize daily then you shouldn't worry, she's fine.
