Llewellin at work in the video:
If you're not familiar with the breed, a Llewellin is Field Setter (as known in the UK) but more commonly called a Llewellin Setter in the US. Llewellin is after the name of the person who developed the breed, Richard Purcell Llewellin. Most important, the Llewellin to qualify as a "Llewellin", must contain that of only the 6 bloodlines and none other. There are a lot of English Setters with Llewellin bloodlines, and a lot of Field Setters with Llewellin bloodlines, but would disqualify from a historically sense of being a Llewellin Setter if any other bloodline but the six. I suggest the higher quality mode when viewing the video! Charlie http://www.youtube.com/user/claybuster1aa
