But the dog he's breeding to isn't annie and is 3 1/2 yrs old... so I dont' see what's wrong with that....

Annie WAS bred before and has possibly been bred twice.
That's what is being questioned. =>

And IMHO ethics of every single breeding reflect on a breeder as a whole.

I didn't see anywhere that stated annies age, and I couldn't find one... so that's why I didn't understand. But where her age is stated was recently pointed out to me.

dogs aren't made on paper. I've come across more V and VA dogs that I wouldn't even think of breeding. PPD cert??? by who??? BH is not a breeding title, it's a temperment and ob certificate.

When it comes to working dogs I don't necessarily think they all need to be schH titled, that is if you have been around a long time and now how to test the dogs and really pressure them and know what type to breed to what type

But for the most part the GSD has gotten to where it was because of a standard and by people really following that standard. No need to bring up American showlines or west german showlines because a lot don't follow the standard or just pay it lip service. Making your own standard is not the way to go IMO

It has been stated by one of them on a different website that Annie will be 2 in January 09.
Also that litter number 2 was an "oops" one.

They had problems placing all pups... to the point, where VomDominus wanted to make an Army military police canine donation.

These are things stated from either VomDom or his wife and if you do a simple google search, you will find it yourself.. just want to add that, because I am not looking into "nailing" anyone.

But I can't say "hooray" either. Your dog has produced 2 litters in a short time... why the rush to sire another one?

Yes, it is stated the bitch will be 2 years old on another forum. This is a recent post.

The questions I have are:

1) How was the decision reached to breed a bitch at barely 12 mos of age, IF this is true?

2) What if any health testing was done before the breeding?

3) With what organization did Dominus Tiberius receive his SchH titles and V ratings? Does he have a USA Scorebook?

4) Why are neither of the dogs available in the AKC or OFA data base? The GSD pedigree data base states that Dominus Tiberius is OFA excellent.

This is not an attack. These are reasonable questions that would/should be asked of any breeder when information comes to light that a bitch might have been bred twice before the age of 24 months.

Claims of titles are easy to prove, if, in fact, such titles exist.

Perhaps people are searching wrong or have dates confused. Again, easily corrected and verified if/when a proper search is done.
